Revamping a dated design system
Challenge: ZOLEO's design system was fragmented across multiple files with outdated token architecture that couldn't scale beyond the original web application to support mobile apps and third-party integrations.
Solution: Independently rebuilt the entire token architecture from the ground up, consolidating fragmented components into a scalable, multi-platform foundation using advanced Figma capabilities and Tokens Studio.

Auto-Magic Token Visualizer Project
Challenge: Designer-developer handoff friction where developers constantly need clarification on design token values, requiring repetitive explanations and Figma walkthroughs.
Solution: Built a proof-of-concept tool that automatically fetches design tokens from GitHub and generates live, visual documentation with real-time sync to production code.

The live demo below is outdated due to Framer limitations, but show cases the concept. I took the proof of concept offline to continue progress.
